I just wanted to compliment you on your skills as a facilitator. The group dynamics at yesterday’s workshop seemed especially challenging, but you handled those challenges with great diplomacy and tact.

The program is most appropriate for people whose roles include two or more of: setting strategic direction for an organization (or division of a larger organization); making personnel (hiring/firing/promotion) decisions; supervising a team; setting policy for an organization (or division of a larger organization). Since different kinds of organizations name their leadership positions differently, it might not be obvious whether this is the right fit for you. If you're not sure, go ahead and register, and we can discuss it! If you can't make it this time, but you're interested for the future, you can also use this form to get on the list for next time. We recommend that one person per organization participate at a time. If more than one person in your org is interested, we can put folks on the list for next time.
