This cohort is for people of color in management, leadership, and executive roles who are ready to deepen their personal and organizational equity work. This eight-week, small-group program provides space for learning, reflection, peer support, and action—all grounded in frameworks of intersectional justice and liberation. Together, we’ll explore how systemic oppression shapes our leadership practices and develop strategies to address the unique challenges of managers of color.
When: The Summer 2025 cohort will meet on Wednesdays, 1-2:30pm eastern time, June 18th - August 6th
