Learning Opportunities for Individuals

In addition to our work with organizations, we offer a range of programs designed for individuals who want to deepen their equity practice, strengthen their leadership, and build meaningful connections across difference. Our offerings include cohort-based antiracist development groups for managers, self-paced online courses, and dialogue circles exploring class and economic justice. Whether you’re looking to grow personally, lead more effectively, or spark change in your community, you’ll find opportunities here to learn, reflect, and take action.

  • Leadership ARC for White Leaders

For white leaders, managers, and decision-makers working to deepen their antiracist practice, grow their capacity to take concrete action in the workplace, and transform organizational culture.

  • Leadership ARC for Leaders of Color

For people of color in leadership and management roles to explore how systemic oppression shapes leadership practices and develop strategies to address the unique challenges facing managers of color.

  • Self-Paced Courses

Courses are self-paced online trainings designed for individual learning. They can also be used by organizations to supplement live training and consulting services. We currently offer Foundations for Trans Inclusion; future courses are in development.

  • Cross-Class Dialogue Circles

For people across the class spectrum to come together to talk about their experiences with class, understand it as part of the economic system, build accountable relationships, and collaborate for change.
