Equity-focused strategic planning builds relationships of accountability that align organizational priorities with community needs, helping to keep your work relevant and effective through uncertainty and change.

In this one-hour, open-to-the-public workshop, participants will be introduced to an Equitable Design process that can be used at any scale - from a whole-organization, multi-year strategic plan to one person’s own work plan. Through guided reflection and hands-on exercises, participants will begin to sketch out a planning process that is relevant to their current priorities.

This workshop is ideal for nonprofit leaders, staff, consultants, and anyone responsible for planning, prioritization, or implementation.
