Este entrenamiento está dirigido a organizaciones basadas en los EEUU, donde al menos algunos miembros del personal brindan servicios en español, y donde una capacitación sobre inclusión trans en inglés podría no proporcionarles todo el contexto cultural, lingüístico e histórico necesario para ofrecer esos servicios de manera inclusiva. Dados los ataques actuales contra las comunidades inmigrantes y trans, trabajar en la inclusión trans desde una perspectiva interseccional es más importante que nunca. 

Para crear este entrenamiento, nos basamos en nuestro propio conocimiento de las historias y culturas trans indígenas y latinas de Estados Unidos, así como en materiales de formación en inglés creados por miembros del equipo trans que han estado impartiendo formación sobre inclusión trans desde la década de los 1990.

Este entrenamiento será ofrecido 100% en español. Registro gratuito.

Trans and nonbinary inclusion training - in Spanish

This training is geared toward U.S. organizations where at least some staff members provide services in Spanish, and an English-language trans inclusion training might not give them all the cultural, linguistic or historical context they need to deliver those services inclusively. Given the current attacks on both immigrant and trans communities, doing the work of trans inclusion in an intersectional manner is more important than ever. 

To create this training, we drew on our own knowledge of Indigenous and US-Latine trans histories and cultures, as well as on English training materials created by trans team members who have been providing trans inclusion training since the 1990s.

This training will be offered 100% in Spanish. Registration is free.
