This cohort is for people of color in management, leadership, and executive roles who are ready to deepen their personal and organizational equity work. This eight-week, small-group program provides space for learning, reflection, peer support, and action—all grounded in frameworks of intersectional justice and liberation. Together, we’ll explore how systemic oppression shapes our leadership practices and develop strategies to leverage our unique leadership skills and cultural assets to help us shape our organizations as we navigate change, challenges, and complexity.
